Williamtown RAAF Explosive Stores Stage 2

After successful delivery of the Stage 1 Explosive Ordinance Stores at Williamtown RAAF Base near Newcastle NSW. JLE were re-contracted by Spantech to carry out the Electrical installation for an additional six ordinance stores. The work included the supply and installation of main switchboards, mains cabling, light poles, lighting and general power, lighting protection and static protection earthing systems as well as all earthworks and trenching requirements. The work was completed in a high-security and hazardous environment requiring detailed planning and communication to ensure all site requirements were met. The project was completed successfully with zero LTI’s.
