JLE were awarded two contracts for this project, The Mechanical scope of stainless-steel pipe works and valving for both sites included a new inlet pipe, outlet pipe, scour pipe and overflow pipe. The second aspect being the Electrical scope of Distribution Boards, Power & lighting, Instrumentation and the control of the valving, flow systems and water analytical devices for both sites. JLE’s work included the fabrication and installation of more than 60 stainless steel 316 pipe spools ranging from DN450 to 150, instrumentation valving throughout consisting of Rotork control valves, Check valves, Flowmeters, Altitude valves and Dismantling joints for which the instrumentation aspect of these spools were installed & commissioned by our Electrical division. JLE managed the project and provided electrical staff from New Plymouth and mechanical resources were provided from JLE Hawera (South Taranaki). JLE was recognised for being very collaborative with the Client and Principle and other site contractors to achieve the desired outcome.
